A project aimed to give insights on the changes in microbial communities from the scope of ecological, molecular and evolutionary traits of viral maritime communities on Comau Fjord , Chile 42 S. fourty-eight samples were collected from 2018 to 2019 from five and twenty meters of depth at different points, a sterivex polyethersulfone membrane filter was used to filter all material under 0.2 micrometers, viral particles were floculated with FeCl3.
