# Hybrid agentic AI in safety-critical enterprise systems — Derived data, VOSviewer files, and scripts **Package**: SLNA_JDIS_Supplement_v1 **Date**: 2025-10-29 **Provenance**: Records retrieved from **Scopus (Elsevier)** on **[YYYY-MM-DD]** under institutional license. Only **derived, non-proprietary** artifacts are shared. ## Contents- **Tables/** - `Table_S1_SearchStrategy.csv` — database, date, query string, records retrieved (fill date/query if placeholders remain). - `Table_S2_PRISMA_Counts.csv` — study selection counts (update duplicates/full-text assessed if needed). - `Table_S3_Descriptives.xlsx` — descriptive summary of included studies. - `Table_S4_KeywordClusters.csv` — terms, occurrences, and clusters (parsed or frequency-based). - `Table_S5_BridgeLinks.csv` — hinge links between method hubs and application themes.- **VOSviewer/** - `VOS_map.txt` — exported map (text). - `VOS_network.txt` — exported network (text). - `thesaurus.txt` — starter thesaurus (edit to merge synonyms; VOSviewer expects `label, replace by`).- **Figures_src/** - `Fig_2A_pub_year_trend.png` - `Fig_2B_effect_directions.png` - `Fig_3A_network_README.txt` (placeholder; add the exported PNG) - `Fig_3B_overlay.png`- **Scripts/** - (Add your R/Python scripts; include session info and seed for reproducibility.)- **Metadata/** - `CITATION_DOI_LIST.csv` — deduplicated list of DOIs from the corpus. - `DATA_AVAILABILITY_STATEMENTS.txt` — JDIS-ready statements (Open/Mixed/Restricted + anonymous variants). ## How to reproduce (outline)1. Prepare normalized keyword list; update `VOSviewer/thesaurus.txt` as needed. 2. Run data prep scripts to export VOSviewer files (`.map`, `.net`) and figures ≥300 dpi. 3. Regenerate Tables S1–S5 if counts or thresholds change. 4. Update `Table_S1_SearchStrategy.csv` with exact search strings and final dates. 5. Create a deposit in **Zenodo** (or **OSF**), choose **CC BY 4.0** for data and **MIT/Apache-2.0** for code, and reserve a DOI. ## License- Data: **CC BY 4.0**- Code (add later): **MIT** (or Apache-2.0) ## Contact- Corresponding author: [erlan.darmawan@uniku.ac.id]
