This dataset contains raw data for the study on the relationship between atrial fibrillation and cardiac autonomic nervous activity. The study enrolled patients with atrial fibrillation and healthy controls who underwent 24-hour Holter monitoring at Huangshan People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2025. The dataset includes the following contents: Basic clinical information (age, gender) Blood biochemical indicators (NT-proBNP, D-dimer, CRP, homocysteine, uric acid, TC, TG, LDL, HDL) Heart rate parameters (maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, total heartbeat count, 24-hour average heart rate) Time-domain heart rate variability parameters (SDNN, SDANN, SDNN Index, pNN50, rMSSD, TRIIDX, etc.) Frequency-domain heart rate variability parameters (LF, HF, LF/HF ratio) It is recommended to further describe the file structure, data format, as well as data collection and processing methods in detail in this section.
