This statistic shows the distribution of time taken for an average lunch break in ten European countries in November of 2017. In Greece, 40 percent of those surveyed answered that they did not take a lunch break. This contrasts with Portugal, where half of those surveyed answered that their lunch breaks lasted either one hour or longer
