The aim of the study is to analyze and compare the transcriptional profiles at a single cell resolution of tumor-infiltrating immune cells from healthy mouse brain as well as glioma brearing brain tissues treated with anti-CTLA4 in the presence or absence of CD4 T cells . Overall design: 10x Chromium Single cell 5' + VDJ Library; Single-cell RNA of all immune cells from healthy brain and Glioma-005 glioblastoma tumors treated with IgG, anti_CTLA4 and combination of anti_CTLA4 and anti_CD4 (depletion) were performed at Day 35 post implantation. Each sample is a pool of 3 tumor samples.
