Fibre Direction Data

These files contain information about the overall fibre orientation as determined from tracing small sections from structural data:• vector_mean is a normalized vector containing the average axon direction over all traced segments in the patch. • angle is a vector listing the deflection of each individual traced axon segment from vector_mean (in radians). • angle_std is the standard deviation of angle (in degrees).本数据集包含从结构数据中追踪小段所得的总体纤维方向信息：• vector_mean 表示包含所有追踪段平均轴突方向的归一化向量。• angle 列表展示了每个追踪的轴突段相对于 vector_mean 的偏转角度（以弧度为单位）。• angle_std 为 angle 的标准差（以度为单位）。
