This dataset includes Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic data used to characterize ZnO nanoparticles synthesized using Azospirillum sp. The analysis was conducted using a MIRacle10 (ZnSe) ATR accessory, and the data were recorded in the range 4000 to 400 cm⁻¹.
