Bulk RNA-seq of hippocampi from homozygous Grik4 functional knock out mice in comparision to wildtype mice

The goal of this data generation was to explore gene expression differences in the hippocampus of homozygous Grik4 germline functional knock out mice and wild-type mice. All mice have a C57BL/6J background and were aged between 333 and 434 days old.
