Enzyme-based nanomotors (NMs), have attracted considerable attention for their high potential in biomedicine. They are able to self-propel through highly viscous biological barriers and modulate their interactions within. This proposal aims to study the structural organization of various environmentally responsive nanogel-based nanomotors (NgNMs) and their ability to modulate biological barriers, focusing on the type of crosslinkers and enzymes used.
