Effects of compound microbial inoculants onnitrogen conversion during livestock manure composting process

Aerobic composting is widely used as a method of harmless and resourceful treatment of livestock manure, but the loss of nitrogen is serious during the composting process, which greatly affects the efficiency of composting and the quality of composted products. The nitrogen conversion process in composting directly affects the degree of nitrogen loss. This study developed a compound inoculant to deeply explore the effects of adding a compound inoculant on the physical and chemical parameters, genes involved in the nitrogen cycle and the microbial community during the composting process, so as to protect the compost. Nitrogen fixation mechanism and further improve composting efficiency and quality provide effective theoretical support.
