RNA-seq profiles of WT and QK-KO microglia

This study is to analyze the transcriptomic profiles of 6 weeks 0.2% cuprizone treated Cx3cr1-CreER;QKLoxP/LoxP (Qk-KO) and Cx3cr1-CreER;QK LoxP/+ (WT) mice 8 weeks old of Cx3cr1-CreER;QKLoxP/LoxP (Qk-KO) and Cx3cr1-CreER;QKLoxP/+ (WT) mice were injected with tamoxifen, and fed with 0.2% Cupurizone for 6 weeks to indue demyelination. Then the corpus callosum were dissected and microglia were isolated. The total RNAs were extracted by Rnasey kit and sent for sequencing with llumina HiSeq2000 Sequencer.
