This dataset comprises raw experimental data from a 29‑run Box–Behnken design for 3D‑printed ABS, including wear test results and Ra test results. It also contains MATLAB codes for a Chaotic Whale Optimization Algorithm (CWOA) and TOPSIS multi‑criteria decision‑making, as well as metallographic images of the specimens. Files are provided in .txt, .xlsx, .m, and pdf, and are organised for easy reproduction of the optimisation and ranking procedures.
