Raw data and analyzed data supporting the community level physiological profiling of rhizosphere microbiome of <i>Allium ampeloprasum</i>

This dataset contains raw and processed Community-Level Physiological Profiling (CLPP) data generated using the MicroResp™ system to evaluate microbial respiratory responses to multiple carbon substrates in soils subjected to different fertilization treatments. The study investigates the impact of , inorganic fertilizer (G1), organic fertilizer (G2), and bulk soil controls (G3) on microbial functional diversity and substrate utilization patterns in the rhizosphere of Allium ampeloprasum.
