Single-cell RNA sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing of Oryza sativa under rice black streaked dwarf virus infection

This project investigates the transcriptomic response of rice (Oryza sativa) at the single-cell level under control and rice black streaked dwarf virus infection conditions. Using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), six samples were analyzed, including three biological replicates for each set. This study aims to uncover the cellular mechanisms and gene expression changes in rice under virus infection, providing insights into biotic stress adaptation and potential targets for crop improvement.
