Gastric tumor organoids derived from WKTP mice, harboring Kras G12D, Tgfbr2 KO, and Trp53 R270H mutations and expressing the Wnt1 ligand, were transplanted to the spleens of NSG mice. Liver metastatic tumors derived of WKTP cells developed 3 weeks post-transplantation, and were analyzed with VISIUM transcriptomics.
