Hunting. Non-Cynegetic spaces in the Valencian Community

Delimitation of non-hunting areas in the provinces of Alicante, Valencia and Castellón. According to 4.1 de la La Ley 13/2004, de Caza de la Comunitat Valenciana, "ownership of hunting rights on a place, corresponds to their owners", therefore in order to register the hunting spaces the level of detail used has been the cadastral plot, unit minimum for the formation of the preserves, also taking into account the adjoining of the different hunting spaces. As for the zoning of the preserves according to barracks or areas with special regulations, a the digitization of the cartography has been provided in the corresponding PTOC (Technical Plan of Hunting Ordinance) valid. The digital cartography carried out includes an associated table, related to the legal characteristics and administration of each of the hunting areas.
