Single cell RNA sequencing of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) in Cdx2-Cre; Piezo2 conditional mutants and control littermates, age P21-P24

We report scRNA-seq of adolescent mouse (P21). We use these data to identify cell type specific genes for transcriptionally defined DRG sensory neurons. The cell type specific markers are used to generate recombinase knock in mice under the control of cell type specific genes. Overall design: Dorsal root ganglia from all segmental levels were dissected and dissociated to obtain neurons for single cell RNA sequencing analysis.
