资源简介:
These data were collected over 5 years from the Lewis Deane Nature Preserve, an 85 acre preserve at the northern end of the Taconic Mountains in Poultney, Vermont, USA. A total of 210 trees were sampled. Recorded variables are as follows:
-Time indicates the number of years since the start of the study at the time of sampling.
-Tree records the tree ID number.
-Rank is the disease rank of the tree using the ranking system described in our paper (1 ≤ rank ≤ 5).
-Binary Rank indicates a tree being measured as healthy (0) or infected (1).
-Elevation = height above sea level in meters.
-Slope = slope in degrees.
-Aspect = change in aspect in degrees clockwise from North (e.g. 90 = East).
-Curvature = curvature of terrain in z-units.
-Weighted Distance (units are 1/[meters squared]) is calculated as the sum of all infected trees weighted by the inverse square distance ([distance]^-2) to the tree of interest.
-Distance to Nearest is the distance in meters to the nearest infected tree.
-DBH = tree diameter at breast height and is in centimeters.
-Latitude and Longitude are UTM coordinates.
