Raw data on TLR3, TLR7, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IFNγ gene expression after administration of bacteriophages to mice.

Raw data set on TLR3, TLR7, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, and IFNγ gene expression in peritoneal macrophages of BALB/C mice after intraperitoneal itroduction of E. Coli lytic bacteriophages. Gene expression activity was determined by the amount of mRNA by real-time PCR. Data are presented as the number of PCR cycles for each variant. These data make it possible to quantify the relative changes in the expression of the studied genes.
