Leading motivations of Singaporean tourists to visit Japan 2023

According to a survey conducted in the departure lobbies of Japanese airports and seaports throughout 2023, for over 91 percent of tourists from Singapore eating Japanese food was one of the motivations to come to Japan. Japanese cuisine was followed in popularity by shopping as well as nature and scenery sightseeing.
