Analysis of the effect of Fenlong tillage on the changes of cassava's non-rhizosphereand and rhizosphere soils fungal communities to optimize the existing cassava cultivation methods. Using South China 205 as the test material, cassava was cultivated by two types of tillage methods: conventional tillage and Fenlong tillage. High-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics, combined with soil agrochemical analysis methods, were used to analyze the effects of different tillage methods on the physicochemical properties of non-rhizosphereand and rhizosphere soils, and on the structural diversity of the central dominant fungal communities of cassava.
