The file MS_inflam_markers.csv includes clinical data, MRI data and inflammatory markers of 58 patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis at baseline, EDSS at baseline and after 8-10 months, and data of inflammatory markers in serum samples of control group (n=56). The following measurements - BCMA, TNF-alpha, sCD14, sCD27, IFN-gamma, CH3L1, LBP were gathered at Riga Stradins Unitersity Institute of Microbiology and Virology using Varioscan LUX (SkanIt Software for Microplate Readers RE, version 7.0.0.50). Other clinical assessments are produced in Riga East University Hospital.
