STUDYING DECISION-MAKING AND REFLEX SPEED IN WHEELCHAIR FENCERS UNDER HIGH-STRESS CONDITIONS

This scientific article studied the changes in decision-making and reflex speed in para fencing athletes under high stress. The study was conducted on the basis of control and experimental groups. During the study, stress factors were modeled through artificially created conditions close to the competition. Under these conditions, each action, decision-making situation, physiological and psychological processes of para-athletes were deeply studied and analyzed. The results obtained showed that high stress in para-athletes significantly affects reflex speed and decision-making accuracy. It was found that these indicators can be improved with the help of special psychological training exercises and methods in the experimental group. During the study, the correction process in para-athletes was carried out in cooperation with a trainer, and a number of positive results were achieved
