% This function evaluates the coordinates and radius of the pores' bodies% and throats and give a label image of the segmented pore system % The algorithm computes the distance map of a binary image and then uses % its curvatures to locate the saddle points.% The bodies centers are located at the local maximum of the Hessian matrix % determinant map and the saddle points at the local minima of the Hessian % matrix determinant map.
