Clinical Characteristics and Associated Factors of Macrolide-Resistant Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

By aggregating existing study data, we aim to reveal the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations, treatment outcomes, and factors influencing resistance in MRMP, and preliminarily explore the reasons for resistance formation. The results of this study will provide crucial reference information for clinicians, help optimize the diagnosis and treatment strategies for MRMP, and promote the development of new anti-infective drugs and interventions.
