FMT E. coli and Phages

We sought to evaluate the diversity of E. coli and lytic phages isolated from healthy human participants enrolled in a fecal microbiota transplant donor program. We also sought to answer questions about frequency of susceptibility of E. coli co-occurring phages or phages from other donors and determine potential mechanisms for susceptibility and/or resistance.
