Australian cattle numbers by state and territory in 2003-2012

This dataset contains the numbers of Australian cattle by state and territory in 2003-2012. It takes into account at 30 June, an establishment with an estimated value of agricultural operations (EVAO) of $5000 or more. House cows are excluded. This dataset is used in conjunction with other datasets in The Cube Globe G20 visualisation project. This project provides information on Queensland agriculture through case studies from the horticulture and agriculture industries including fruit and vegetable, sugar and beef exports. This dataset was derived from a Department of Agriculture, Farming and Fisheries report; 138 Australian Cattle Numbers, by state and territory.
