Data Report: Extremism, Knowledge, and Overconfidence in the COVID-19 Restriction Times

Data to accompany paper of same name. Data were collected from 500 Japanese adult participants, who were asked about their attitudes toward the COVID-19 restrictions. The first sheet of the Excel file contains the questionnaire statements and information on the available response options, and the second sheet contains the responses for the participants.
