Sequence data (RNA/DNA) of patient derived Xenografts (PDX)not only contains reads of human (tumor) origin but also of mouse (host) origin. We developed XenofilteR, a tool to computationally dissect human and mouse sequence reads from xenograft sequence data. One of the validation sets for the tool includes the RNAseq data of the mouse stromal compartment.
