Attitudes to work, promotion, computerisation, flexitime and trade unionism; class location of clerical, administrative and managerial employees; the nature of work done and levels of control; previous employment (since entering the work force), other employment (jobs) with present employer; willingness to be geographically mobile and extent of geographical mobility.<br>
