资源简介:
Biochar (BC) has been generally suggested as a promising soil amendment for mitigating nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions. However, there are still variations in the changes in N2O emission of filed experiments, and the underlying microbial mechanisms are unclear. A filed experiment was conducted with tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) grown in a yellow soil amended with BC produced from tobacco stalks at application rates of 0, 1.0, 10, 25 and 50 t ha-1 (BC0, BC1, BC2, BC3, and BC4) to investigate their influences on N2O emissions. Illumina sequencing was used to characterize shift of soil bacterial and fungal community composition.
