2020 Regional Planning Districts (RPD)

Regional Planning Districts 2020 are created by the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. They are based on the 2020 TIGER census tracts with edits from BMC. RPDs are created by BMC for use in modeling. They generally follow census tract boundaries, with minor exceptions where necessary to follow TAZ boundaries.
