MMnGM_allelecodes.csv: allele codes used for all SNPs
MMnGM_foundergeno*.csv: consensus genotypes for each of the 8 founder lines
MMnGM_gmap*.csv: Genetic map positions of the SNPs
MMnGM_info.csv: marker, chr, Mbp position, cM position, tier, and whether on GM and on MM arrays
MMnGM_pmap*.csv: Physical map positions (in Mbp) of the SNPs
