The vascular system serves as an important interface between blood circulation and various organ / tissue environments in our body, which plays a crucial role for organ / tissue homeostasis and the regulation of the organism against pathological challenges.Therefore, we should still explore new appropriate treatment methods. Recently, it was found that exosomes derived from kinds of cells could be used to treat multiple kinds of diseases. In the current study, the isolation and purification of exosome-like nanoparticles (ELNs) from Ziziphus jujuba Mill. was performed successfully, and the internalization of ELNs positive affects the viability of human vascular endothelial cell (HVECs). To explore the regulative mechanism, the RNA sequencing was conducted for the HVECs samples which were treated with ELNs.
