Significant variant-level association results from whole-genome sequencing analyses of multimodal brain imaging phenotypes

This repository contains the supplementary variant-level association results accompanying the manuscript Whole-genome sequencing analysis of multimodal brain imaging phenotypes. It includes significant variant-level association results identified from whole-genome sequencing-based association analyses of regional brain volumes, Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) parameters, and Independent component analysis (ICA) nodes in approximately 80,000 UK Biobank participants of White ancestry.
