Triage is to reduce needless medical complications in life-threatening circumstances. Triage system are required in every hospital Emergency Department (ED). The most factor in triage patients are by receiving list of chief complaint or symptoms. Many existing algorithms used in triage system such as Australasian Triage Scale (ATS), The Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS), The Manchester Triage System (MTS), and The Emergency Severity Index (ESI).
