Collection of data for the manuscript entitled "A new route to tune the electrical properties of graphene oxide: a simultaneous, one-step N-doping and reduction as a tool for its structural transformation". The dataset for samples named GO-500, GO-800, HOPG-500, and HOPG-800, depending on the starting materials and annealing temperatures. Samples were obtained using the procedure explained in the manuscript.
