In this study, scientific efforts to grasp molecular details underlying vernalization-triggered floral transition were undertaken in radish (Raphanus sativus L.). We performed a comparative transcriptomic analysis between normal flowering ‘Jinjudaepyung’ and very late flowering inbred line, ‘Simu’.
