CDC20 promoter variants are present in ~26% of cutaneous melanomas. We generated an indel in the promoter of CDC20 and performed RNA-sequencing to determine the effect on CDC20 expression and other secondary transcriptional changes. Overall design: RNA-sequencing of WT A375, A3 (small indel ~ 4-5 bp ), and A10 (larger, >20 bp CDC20 promoter deletion)
