This dataset can be applied to efficiency evaluation, bottleneck process identification, equipment fault early warning and process parameter optimization for TYPE C automated assembly production lines. By integrating first-pass yield, flatness pass rate and the ratio of planned to actual output, it enables the calculation and hierarchical management of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and supports the intelligent manufacturing transformation of enterprises in fields such as consumer electronics and vehicle-mounted connectors. It is particularly suitable for constructing production line performance analysis models, equipment health scoring systems and quality stability traceability analysis mechanisms.
