Chinese mystery snail random forest model R code and databases

These datasets and computer code were used to generate random forest models for predicting Chinese mystery snail, <i>Cipangopaludina chinensis, </i>a non-native, potentially-invasive species, distribution in the Maritimes. The models were trained using presence and pseudo-absence data from Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia; and validated using presence and absence data from all the aforementioned provinces plus Nova Scotia.
