DEVELOPMENT OF A MODERN ORGANIZATIONAL AND INNOVATIVE MECHANISM FOR PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN TEXTILE ENTERPRISES

Today, textile enterprises play a crucial role in global economic growth and job creation. However, the inherent complexity and diversity of textile manufacturing present significant challenges in maintaining consistent product quality. Therefore, developing and continuously improving an effective quality management system remains a highly relevant priority for the industry. This article explores current reforms in Uzbekistan's textile sector, emphasizing the pivotal role of international standards and quality management systems in enhancing industry competitiveness. In particular, it presents a newly developed organizational and innovative quality management mechanism tailored for textile enterprises, integrated with modern standard requirements such as ISO 9001 and Amfori BSCI. The practical efficiency of this system is demonstrated through its implementation at the "Khanteks Group" textile enterprise, highlighting key achievements in process optimization, quality control, and continuous operational improvement.
