Derivation of selection coefficients and notation used in equations 3 and 4

This file includes the complete derivation of the selection coefficients used to generate figures 5 and 6 in the main text of the manuscript. The file uses the notation developed by Barton and Turelli (1991; PubMedID 2016044) to separate and analyze different components of selection. These are then used to calculate the exact strength of selection from different sources in the files titles Calculation of DeltaT and DeltaH.
