Lifetime genealogical divergence within plants leads to epigenetic mosaicism in the shrub Lavandula latifolia (Lamiaceae)

This dataset includes: (i) global DNA cytosine methylation estimates (= percentage of all genomic cytosines that are methylated), obtained by reverse phase HPLC with spectrofluorimetric detection; and (ii) the scoring (presence/absence) of individual methylation-sensitive AFLP markers (MS-AFLP), for different modules of three adult, wild-grown, field-sampled plants of the shrub Lavandula latifolia.
