PUMA-induced apoptosis in telomere biology disorders

Serial transplantations using WT, Puma-/- , G3 mTerc-/-Puma+/+ and G3 mTerc-/-Puma-/- donors were used to analyze the effects of PUMA deficiency on the hematological phenotype of telomerase-deficient mice.
