Impact of marine heatwaves on global coastal carbon sink

This compressed file contains the code, intermediate datasets, and model outputs used to analyze the impact of marine heatwaves on global coastal carbon sink. The scripts should be executed sequentially, as some generate files required by subsequent ones. Intermediate datasets are provided in the data folder, while the model output data used for Fig. 4 and the Extended Data Fig. 8 are stored in the model folder. Because certain files loaded by earlier scripts are generated in later steps, all intermediate data have been included in the data folder for completeness.
