资源简介:
This study investigated predictors of post-traumatic stress symptoms following the October 7th, 2023 mass violence in Israel, focusing on how pre-, peri-, and post-trauma factors jointly shape psychological outcomes.
Data were collected from 377 Israeli adults through an online self-report questionnaire assessing pre-, peri-, and post-trauma factors. PTSD symptoms were measured using the PCL-5. Two linear regression models were tested: one including only peri-trauma variables, and a second integrated model including all predictors.
All data were collected after the event and subsequently pre-processed: continuous variables were standardized, and categorical variables were dummy-coded. Missing values were imputed based on participants’ reported locations on October 7th, using group-level means for continuous variables and modes for categorical variables.
