资源简介:
- The NMR pulse sequence used in this study consists of two components: (1) a 1D Goldman-Shen Cross-Polarization (GSCP) experiment for measuring the proton dipolar relaxation rate, and (2) a 2D GS-PDSD experiment with hole-burning capabilities to measure spin diffusion coefficients. Specifically, we employed a topspin 4.3 pulse program to quantify proton spin diffusion rates. - The dataset comprises interface-edited 13C experiments recorded on freeze-dried Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells (VSMCs) samples that were enriched with [13C]glucose. The NMR spectra were acquired using a Bruker spectrometer at a resonant frequency of 600 MHz and a MAS frequency of 10 kHz. - The analysis of the hole-burning experiments was performed using MATLAB, where custom-written scripts are employed to process the data. Additionally, separate scripts are used to model spin diffusion dynamics in VSMCs
