Raw sequence reads of Fusarium graminearum cultivated in EU07s metabolites

In this study to elucidate the antagonistic mechanism, whole genome expression profiling of F. graminearum co-cultivated with EU07s culture filtrate was investigated in the presence and absence of culture filtrate of the bacterial strain. RNA-seq analysis obtained a comprehensive overview of the responsive pathogenic behaviour of F. graminearum classified according to biological and metabolic processes. We have determined all suppressed genes under biotic stress of EU07 on the pathogen. These findings delineate the functional inhibition of biosynthesis and corresponding pathways of F. graminearum by the antagonistic behaviour of EU07 and key insights targeting pathogen suppression.
