This was used to explore how different assumptions about behavioural rules for butterflies impact our predictions of their movement rates. The model is built using NetlogoR a translation of the NetLogo's structures and functions for use developing IBMs exclusively in R: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/NetLogoR/index.html
